An area of golf club land with no public access behind Constable Road and Danby Close, Eaton Rise, has been registered as a possible future development site. Possible club house development could be made with proceeds from the sale of this land.
UPDATE 21 JUNE 2010: No development is planned in the forseeable future. Non-playing membership of the golf club is available at only £13 per year (allows use of the club house and restaurant).
