My grandparents lived in Eaton for some time before the first war, and were married in Eaton Church. Does anybody have old photographs from this time, which may depict their address in Red Lion Yard? Thanks, Ryszard

Eaton is a conservation area and so various old maps and photos are held by the council. The old map of 1890 in the booklet shows a courtyard with cottages round it adjacent and to the North of the Red Lion PH. Go to Norwich Coucil web site and then Conservation areas; then Eaton.
Try this link to Norfolk Libraries ‘Picture Norfolk Site:

You’ll have to do a bit of scanning through after that.
