The EVRA AGM will be held at Eaton Golf Club on Wednesday 17th October starting at 7:30pm.
The Agenda for the AGM is now available on the website at: http://eatonvillage.co.uk/about/reports-to-evra-agm/
A new Committee is elected at each AGM and members of the current Committee can seek re-election subject to being nominated, proposed and seconded. Sarah Cross, who has been our Treasurer for the past five years, has decided not to stand this year because of increasing work commitments. We are very grateful for Sarah’s hard work over the past five years and thank her for this. We will be looking for someone to take on the Treasurer role at the AGM so if you are interested come along to the AGM and get yourself nominated. Jane Miller and Valli Rao will also not seek re-election at the AGM and we also thank them for their support during their time on the Committee.
The second half of the AGM will be a presentation on How to Be Scam Aware by Stephen Maunder of Norfolk Trading Standards. This should be interesting and informative advising residents how to identify potential scams.
