Annual General Meeting of EVRA. Current Committee will present reports on their activities for the year and report on the finances of the organisation. Elections will be held for a new committee to run the Association for the following twelve months. Existing Committee members are eligible to stand for re-election but new members are always welcome and required to help run our projects and events. Several existing long standing Committee members intend to retire at the AGM. The association can only provide support to the Eaton community if sufficient people join the committee to help run this. Committee meetings are held bi-monthly so it is not a huge commitment. We also have an Events Planning Team reporting to the main committee who separately organise and run our events .
