The works planned for this weekend (9/10th March) have been postponed until the following weekend. The works will now take place starting at 18:00 on Saturday 16th until 7:00 on Sunday 17th March.

The reason for the delay was set out in an email from the Highways Team at County Hall as follows:

“I have just heard that the only asphalt plant open in this area (Ipswich) has suffered a breakdown and is not likely to be back in operation until next week. Unfortunately as our contractor cannot get any asphalt we have had to postpose the work until next Saturday, but all other details remain the same.”
