The following message has been posted by Diane Whalen on the Nextdoor newsfeed. This will provide the information that many residents have been seeking about the Scouts paper collections.

I am the Group Scout Leader at the 34th Norwich (Eaton St Andrew) Scout Group and we have a major fundraising activity, our Monthly Newspaper Collection, which helps us run exciting and adventurous activities for young people aged 6 to 14 from the Eaton and surrounding areas. Since lockdown we have been unable to collect newspapers from local residents but with face-to-face Scouting hopefully returning in the next few weeks, we will be resuming out monthly newspaper collections on the first Sunday of the month from SUNDAY 4 OCTOBER 2020.

Could you please pass the word around to friends and neighbours that the 34th Norwich Scout Group will be resuming their monthly newspaper collections from Sunday 4 October from 0930 hours.
