Eaton Speed Awareness Monitor: The SAM sign was located on Church Lane until Saturday 4th December and the data covering five weeks has been posted on the EVRA website. Just over 87,000 vehicles were recorded during this time with 60% exceeding the 20mph limit. Maximum speed recorded was 65mph with many other vehicles exceeding 40mph.
