Consultation on new Recycling Centre for South Norwich: Norfolk County Council have opened a consultation on a proposed new recycling facility to replace that at Ketteringham which is used by many Eaton residents. NCC also propose to relocate the Mile Cross recycling centre to an NDR junction  so the South Norwich site will be our nearest facility.
